Returns and Exchanges Policy 

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from CFS Vision. Please read our Returns and Exchanges policy carefully to understand your options. 
 

Returns & Refund: 

  1. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return and request a refund. 
  2. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. 
  3. Upon successful QC assessment, we will proceed with the requested return, refund, or exchange.
  4. Refund of Unfulfilled Prepaid order to be done within 7 days from the date of order placement.
  5. Once the returned product is delivered to the warehouse, refund of order will be processed within 7 days post the quality checks.

Eligible Brands for Exchange: 

  • Admyra: Frames Only 
  • Avanta: Frames Only 
  • Ombra: Full Collection 
  • Velocity: Full Collection 
  • We accept exchanges for all reading glasses and computer glasses. 

 

Refunds On International Brands: 

  1. Please note that Exchanges for International Brands are not available. However, if you have purchased an item from an International Brand, you may request a refund.  
  2. If you are eligible for a refund of a purchase from an International Brand, please make sure to submit the necessary videos as per our requirements. Once the videos are reviewed and approved, we will process the refund for you.
